The plates can be made of stainless steel. Stainless steel plates are classified into different categories according to different standards:
1. Classification according to thickness: it can be divided into thin plate (0.2mm-4mm), medium plate (4mm-20mm), thick plate (20mm-60mm), and extra thick plate (60-115mm).
2. Classification according to production method: it can be divided into hot-rolled steel plates (steel plates heated and formed by heating furnaces) and cold-rolled steel plates (steel plates produced through cold-rolling processes).
3. Classified by use, it can be divided into bridge steel plates, boiler steel plates, shipbuilding steel plates, armor steel plates, automobile steel plates, roofing steel plates, structural steel plates, electrical steel plates (silicon steel sheets), spring steel plates, etc.
4. According to the classification of steel structure, it can be divided into austenitic type (200 series, 300 series stainless steel), austenitic-ferritic type (having the characteristics of both austenitic and ferritic stainless steel), and ferritic type ( 409, 430, 434 series stainless steel), martensitic type (403, 410, 414, 416,).
5. According to the classification of surface characteristics, it can be divided into silver-white matte (uses that do not require surface gloss), bright as a mirror (building materials, kitchen utensils), coarse grinding/intermediate grinding/fine grinding/extremely fine grinding (building materials , kitchen utensils), hairline grinding (buildings, construction materials), close to mirror grinding (for art, decoration), mirror grinding (reflectors, decoration).
