Aluminum sheet is a sheet made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. According to different classification standards, aluminum sheet can be classified in many ways. The following are two classification methods and performance characteristics

Classification by production process
Hot-rolled aluminum sheet: produced by hot rolling process, with good surface quality, suitable for deep drawing, oxidation and other processing. Widely used in the automotive and aerospace fields.

Cold-rolled aluminum sheet: produced by cold rolling process, with high strength and high surface finish. Mainly used for architectural decoration and electronic product shells.

Classification by surface treatment
Anodized aluminum sheet: through anodizing treatment, a layer of uniform thickness oxide film is formed on the surface, which improves corrosion resistance, wear resistance and decorativeness.

Laminated aluminum sheet: The surface is covered with a layer of organic film, which has good weather resistance and decorativeness, and is widely used in building curtain walls and internal and external decoration.

Brushed aluminum sheet: The surface is brushed, with obvious texture, which improves the beauty and texture, and is often used in home appliances and electronic product shells.

Color-coated aluminum sheet: The surface is coated with a variety of colors of coatings, with good decorative effect and corrosion resistance, mainly used for architectural decoration and home appliance shells.

Performance characteristics of aluminum plate
Low density: The density of aluminum is about 2.7 g/cm³, which is only one-third of that of steel.
Good conductivity: The conductivity of aluminum is second only to copper, but its weight is only half of that of copper.
Corrosion resistance: Aluminum can form a dense aluminum oxide film in the air, which has good corrosion resistance.
Good processing performance: Aluminum and its alloys have good plasticity and processability, and are suitable for various molding processes.
Strong recyclability: Aluminum has good regeneration performance, high recycling rate, and meets environmental protection requirements.
Aluminum plates are widely used in construction, aviation, automobiles, electronics, electricity and other fields. Its superior performance makes it an indispensable and important material in modern industry and life.
