Product Description
Galvanized steel coil, also known as galvanized coil, refers to a thin steel plate with a layer of zinc attached to the surface.
The zinc layer has no zinc flowers, small zinc flowers, regular zinc flowers, and large zinc flowers.
1. Hot-dip galvanized steel coil. The thin coil is immersed in a molten zinc bath to create a thin steel plate with a layer of zinc attached to the surface. At present, the continuous galvanized coil process is mainly used in production, that is, the coil is continuously immersed in a galvanizing tank filled with molten zinc to make galvanized steel panels; hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion, and long service life.
2. Alloy galvanized coil. This kind of steel plate is also made by hot dip plating, but it is heated to about 500°C immediately after coming out of the tank, so that it forms an alloy film of zinc and iron. The galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability;
3. Electro-galvanized steel coil. Galvanized steel sheets manufactured by electroplating technology have good processing properties. However, the coating is thin and its corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheets;
4. Single-sided and double-sided differentiated galvanized steel coils. Single-sided galvanized coil is a product with only one side galvanized. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheets in terms of welding, painting, anti-rust treatment, processing, etc. In order to overcome the shortcomings of not being coated with zinc on one side, there is another type of galvanized coil that is coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided differential galvanized sheet;
5. Alloy and composite galvanized steel coils. It is an alloy made of zinc with other metals such as lead, zinc and even composite plated steel sheets. This kind of steel plate not only has good anti-rust properties, but also has good painting properties.
