1. High Strength: After quenching and tempering, the tensile strength of 30CrMo Seamless Steel Tube Alloy Pipe can reach over 930MPa, and the yield strength ≥785MPa, enabling it to withstand large loads.
2. High Toughness: Elongation after fracture ≥12%, reduction of area ≥50%, impact energy ≥63J, with a good balance of strength and toughness.
3. Excellent Hardenability: Critical diameter for oil quenching is 15~70mm, resulting in uniform stress distribution on large cross-section workpieces, making them less prone to deformation and cracking.
4. High Temperature Resistance: 30CrMo Seamless Steel Tube Alloy Pipe maintains sufficient high-temperature strength below 500℃, suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure environments; however, its strength will significantly decrease when the long-term service temperature exceeds 500~550℃.
5. Good Low-Temperature Resistance: It can adapt to harsh temperature difference conditions.
