Air Conditioning Copper Tube AC Copper Pipes are core conductive components of air conditioning refrigeration systems. They are primarily used to connect indoor and outdoor units and transport refrigerant, while also handling heat exchange.

    1. Common diameters for Air Conditioning Copper Tube AC Copper Pipe: Φ6.35mm, Φ9.52mm, Φ12.7mm, etc. Gas pipes (low pressure) are typically thicker than liquid pipes (high pressure).

    2. Standard copper pipes: Wall thickness 0.5~0.7mm, suitable for low-pressure refrigerants such as R22.

    3. Degreased copper pipes: Wall thickness 0.8~1.0mm, degreased and thicker, specifically designed for high-pressure refrigerants such as R410A and R32, offering enhanced pressure resistance and explosion-proof performance.

  • Brass Plate Sheet

    Brass Plate

Brass plate is an alloy of copper and zinc, available in thicknesses from 0.1mm to 60mm. Thinner pieces are like strips, while thicker pieces are sheets. It is wear-resistant, easy to process, and commonly used for hardware parts, radiators, and architectural decoration. H62 and H65 are the most common grades.

Common grades and characteristics of brass plate:

    1. H62: Contains approximately 62% copper, high strength, inexpensive, and widely used; suitable for nuts and washers.

    2. H65: Performance between H68 and H62, suitable for hardware products and lighting fixtures.

    3. H68: Excellent plasticity, suitable for deep drawing, used for cartridge cases and radiators.

    4. H90: High copper content, golden yellow, often used for decorative items and medals.

  • Copper Bar Rods

    Copper Bar

Copper bars are solid non-ferrous metal bars with copper as the main component, formed through processes such as extrusion, drawing, or continuous casting. They possess high electrical and thermal conductivity and good machinability.

Common copper bar grades include T2 (pure copper), H59/H62 (brass), and QSn6.5-0.1 (tin bronze), with diameters typically ranging from a few millimeters to hundreds of millimeters.

  • Copper block

    Copper Block

Copper blocks are solid blocks cast from pure copper or copper alloys, with a density of approximately 8.9 g/cm³. They are purplish-red in color and possess excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, making them widely used in electrical cables, radiators, mechanical parts, and building pipes.

  • Copper Coil

    Copper Coil

Copper coil is a strip or foil-shaped material continuously wound from copper or copper alloys (such as pure copper, brass, bronze, etc.) through hot rolling or cold rolling processes. It is cylindrically wound, with a wide range of thicknesses (from a few micrometers to several millimeters) and widths up to several meters, facilitating transportation and automated continuous production. It is widely used in electronics and information technology (PCBs, flexible circuits), new energy (power batteries, photovoltaics), power transmission, and building decoration.

  • Copper Plate Sheet

    Copper Plate Sheet

Copper plate sheets are mainly classified into four categories based on their material: pure copper, brass, bronze, and cupronickel. Different materials of copper plate sheets have different properties and are suitable for different applications.

    1. Pure Copper: High copper content, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, commonly used in the manufacture of cables, electrical components, and heat exchangers.

    2. Brass: Copper-zinc alloy, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, mostly used in the manufacture of valves, water pipes, radiators, and hardware parts.

    3. Bronze: High strength and good wear resistance, suitable for bearings, gears, springs, and wear-resistant parts.

    4. Cupronickel: Contains nickel, strong corrosion resistance and beautiful color, commonly used in medical devices, eyeglass accessories, and decorative items.

  • Copper Strip

    Copper Strip

Copper strip is a thin, rolled material primarily composed of copper or copper alloys. It falls between copper plate and copper foil, possessing excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. Thickness typically ranges from 0.06 to 3 mm, and width from 50 to 250 mm, with some custom designs reaching 600 mm. It is mainly used in the manufacture of electrical components, connectors, heat sinks, battery caps, and architectural decorations.

  • Copper Tube Coil

    Copper Tube Coil

Copper Tube Coil is a seamless spiral tube made primarily of copper using a coiling and drawing process. Due to its rapid thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and flexibility, it is widely used in air conditioning, water supply and heating, and industrial heat exchange systems.

  • Copper Tube Pipe

    Copper Tube Pipe

Copper tube pipes are seamless tubing made of pure copper or copper alloys. They are strong, durable, and have good thermal conductivity.

    Classification of Copper Tube Pipes:

    1. By Material: Common copper tube pipes include pure copper, brass, bronze, and cupronickel. Further subdivisions include oxygen-free copper and phosphorus-deoxidized copper.

    2. By Shape: Copper tube pipes are divided into round, square, and rectangular tubes, as well as various irregularly shaped tubes manufactured according to drawings.

    3. By Application: Including air conditioning copper pipes, condenser pipes, electrical conduits, water pipes, and industrial pipes.

    4. By Manufacturing Process: There are drawn tubes, extruded tubes, and welded tubes. Based on hardness, they are divided into soft copper tubes and hard copper tubes.
