    Brass Plate

Brass plate is an alloy of copper and zinc, available in thicknesses from 0.1mm to 60mm. Thinner pieces are like strips, while thicker pieces are sheets. It is wear-resistant, easy to process, and commonly used for hardware parts, radiators, and architectural decoration. H62 and H65 are the most common grades.

Common grades and characteristics of brass plate:

    1. H62: Contains approximately 62% copper, high strength, inexpensive, and widely used; suitable for nuts and washers.

    2. H65: Performance between H68 and H62, suitable for hardware products and lighting fixtures.

    3. H68: Excellent plasticity, suitable for deep drawing, used for cartridge cases and radiators.

    4. H90: High copper content, golden yellow, often used for decorative items and medals.

    Copper Plate Sheet

Copper plate sheets are mainly classified into four categories based on their material: pure copper, brass, bronze, and cupronickel. Different materials of copper plate sheets have different properties and are suitable for different applications.

    1. Pure Copper: High copper content, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, commonly used in the manufacture of cables, electrical components, and heat exchangers.

    2. Brass: Copper-zinc alloy, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, mostly used in the manufacture of valves, water pipes, radiators, and hardware parts.

    3. Bronze: High strength and good wear resistance, suitable for bearings, gears, springs, and wear-resistant parts.

    4. Cupronickel: Contains nickel, strong corrosion resistance and beautiful color, commonly used in medical devices, eyeglass accessories, and decorative items.

  • Pure Copper Plate Sheet

    Pure Copper Plate

Pure copper plate (commonly known as red copper plate or purple copper plate) refers to a flat copper sheet made from high-purity electrolytic copper through a rolling process. Its copper content is typically not less than 99.9%.

Its main applications are as follows:
    1. Power electronics: Manufacturing busbars, conductive contacts, lead frames, and heat dissipation substrates.

    2. Architectural decoration: Used in roofing curtain walls, pipe valves, utilizing its weather resistance and aesthetics.

    3. Industrial manufacturing: Used in heat exchangers, vacuum devices, and structural components requiring good weldability.
