The honed steel tubes (for model aircraft and cylinder tubes) produced by our factory typically achieve a roughness of Ra ≤ 0.08μm, correct roundness, and ovality ≤ 0.01mm. This improves surface hardness, eliminates stress-induced deformation, and increases hardness to HV ≥ 4°. A residual stress layer is formed after processing, increasing fatigue strength by 30%, improving fit quality, reducing wear, and extending component life.
