Description

Our factory produces and sells various specifications and models of honed steel tube, including precision honed steel tubing, Hydraulic Cylinder Steel Pipe, Hydraulic Honing Steel Pipe, large diameter honed steel tubes, and small-diameter honed steel pipe.

Our factory has six honed steel tube production lines capable of processing 12-1100mm honed steel tube (for model aircraft and cylinder tubes). The honed steel tubes (for model aircraft and cylinder tubes) produced by our factory typically achieve a roughness of Ra ≤ 0.08μm, correct roundness, and ovality ≤ 0.01mm. This improves surface hardness, eliminates stress-induced deformation, and increases hardness to HV ≥ 4°. A residual stress layer is formed after processing, increasing fatigue strength by 30%, improving fit quality, reducing wear, and extending component life.

Our factory has three finishing mills, and we can custom-manufacture precision bright seamless steel pipes with outer diameters of 10-202mm and wall thicknesses of 1-18mm. Our cold-rolled precision bright pipes feature a smooth surface, uniform wall thickness, no oxide layer, and high precision. They are widely used in industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, power generation, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, aerospace, bearings, pneumatic components, cylinders, boilers, medical equipment, and fitness equipment. We can customize various national and non-standard precision pipes to meet customer needs. Materials include 20#, 35#, 45#, 40Cr, and 16MN. We can also custom-manufacture various national and non-standard precision pipes to meet customer needs. Honed tubes, precision honed tubes, large-diameter honed tubes, and small-diameter honed tubes.
