The raw materials undergo precision drawing, non-oxidation bright heat treatment (NBK condition), and non-destructive testing. The inner bore of the pipe undergoes high-pressure flushing and pickling. The inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe are treated with anti-rust oil, and both ends are capped for dust protection.

Hydraulic Cylinder Steel Pipe features high precision and a smooth finish. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipe are free of oxide layers. The pipe can withstand the high pressures of liquids flowing through it, remains deformed during cold bending, and can be expanded or flattened without cracking. Its mechanical properties allow it to be bent at any angle without deformation. Specifications generally range from an outer diameter (D) of 4mm to 76mm, with a wall thickness (S) of 0.5mm to 6.0mm. Lengths are fixed to 6 meters (except for custom orders), and delivery conditions include NBK (normalizing), GBK (annealing), and BKS (stress relief annealing). Using materials such as ST35, ST37.4 (10#), ST45 (20#), ST55 (35#), and ST52 (16Mn), these pipes meet the needs of customers who demand high precision, high finish, tensile strength, and superior mechanical properties.
