Description
1235 Aluminum Foil has an aluminum content of at least 99.35%. It can be processed into 1235 aluminum foil with a thickness of 0.02-0.2mm. Due to its excellent rust resistance, formability, and weldability, 1235 Aluminum Foil is widely used in cables, tapes, and battery foils.
Advantages of 1235 Aluminum Foil:
1. The aluminum foil surface is uniform, clean, and flat, with no obvious roller marks, pitting, pinholes, or corrosion.
2. The aluminum foil surface is free of rolling defects such as creases, mottled patterns, or bright lines.
3. The aluminum foil surface exhibits no color variation.
4. The surface is oil-free, has no strong oil odor, and contains no visible oil spots.
Applications of 1235 Aluminum Foil:
1235 Aluminum Foil for cable foil: Alloy state: 1235-O, typical thickness: 0.006-0.04, Processing method: Aluminum-plastic composite followed by processing into narrow strips. End use: Wrapping low-voltage electrical wires for shielding.
1235 Aluminum Foil for capacitor foil: Alloy state: 1235-O, typical thickness: 0.0045-0.009, Processing method: Oil-impregnated paper lining. End use: Electronic capacitors.
1235 aluminum foil is used for battery foil: Alloys include 1235-H18, 1060-H18, and 1070-H18. Typical thicknesses range from 0.012 to 0.035. It is used in lithium-ion battery current collectors.
1235 aluminum foil is used for adhesive tape foil: Alloys include 8011-O and 1235-O. Typical thicknesses range from 0.01 to 0.05. It is suitable for use in various electronic products requiring electromagnetic shielding, such as transformers, mobile phones, computers, PDAs, PDPs, LED monitors, laptops, and copiers.
