Description
1050 Aluminum Foil is industrial-pure aluminum foil, with an aluminum content of at least 99.5%, belonging to the 1000 series of industrial-pure aluminum. 1050 Aluminum Foil is available in thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 500mm, widths from 100 to 2650mm, and can be processed into 12 different finishes, including O, H12, and H14.
Features of 1050 Aluminum Foil:
It has excellent ductility and can be easily processed into various shapes. It also has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, meeting basic electrical and heat dissipation needs. It is highly corrosion-resistant and resists oxidation in dry environments, and its cost is relatively reasonable.
Main Applications of 1050 Aluminum Foil
Food Packaging: Commonly used in flexible food packaging and household aluminum foil, it is made from alloys such as 8011 aluminum foil, 1235 aluminum foil, and 1060 aluminum foil, with a thickness range of 0.009 to 0.23mm.
Industrial Anti-corrosion: Suitable for applications such as pipe insulation and cable sheathing, with a thickness range of 0.1 to 3.0mm.
