ASTM A283 Grade C Steel Plate exhibits balanced mechanical properties: yield strength ≥205 MPa, tensile strength 380-515 MPa, and elongation after fracture ≥22%, combining strength and ductility, making it suitable for medium loads.

Furthermore, in a 180° cold bending test, it remained intact without cracks when the mandrel diameter = 2t (t is the plate thickness), demonstrating its excellent plasticity.
