Aluminum profile radiators, also known as aluminum radiator profiles or sunflower aluminum profiles, are characterized by their attractive appearance, light weight, excellent heat dissipation performance, and energy efficiency. They are generally made of 6061 or 6063 aluminum alloy. The surface of the finished aluminum profile radiator undergoes anodizing to enhance the aluminum’s corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetic appeal.

Classification of Aluminum Profile Radiators:
Based on processing technology, they can be mainly divided into small radiators (heat sinks) made from aluminum alloy sheets through stamping, and large radiators made from aluminum alloy extruded profiles and then machined. Commonly used aluminum profile types in China include: aluminum profiles for electronic, electrical, and computer radiators; sunflower aluminum profile radiators; and radiator profiles for power semiconductors.
Applications of Aluminum Profile Radiators:
Due to their superior performance, aluminum profile radiators are widely used in industries such as machinery, automobiles, wind power generation, construction machinery, air compressors, railway locomotives, and household appliances.
1. In the electronics, power, and semiconductor fields, aluminum profile heat sinks are widely used for heat dissipation in high-power devices, covering aerospace, new energy, power, electronics, and semiconductor industries.
2. In the industrial equipment and transportation sectors, they are used in machinery, bicycles, wind power generation, construction machinery, air compressors, railway locomotives, and home appliances, and also have applications in solar energy, containers, high-speed rail, automobiles, and related industrial products.
3. In the consumer electronics accessories sector, aluminum profile heat sinks can be used as core heat dissipation components in composite products such as laptop stands with heat dissipation functions.
