Characteristics of AZ150 Aluzinc Galvalume Steel Coil:

1. AZ150 Aluzinc Galvalume Steel Coil has excellent corrosion resistance.

Its corrosion resistance is superior to that of pure galvanized steel sheet. More than 3 times stronger, it shows almost no rust after 20 years of exposure to the atmosphere, while galvanized steel typically shows significant rust after about 10 years.

Aluminum forms a dense alumina protective layer in the coating, acting as a barrier; zinc provides sacrificial anode protection, especially at cut edges or scratches.

2. AZ150 Aluzinc Galvalume Steel Coil has excellent heat resistance

It can withstand temperatures above 300°C for extended periods, making it suitable for high-temperature environments such as chimneys, ovens, and lampshades.

3. AZ150 Aluzinc Galvalume Steel Coil has high heat reflectivity

Its heat reflectivity is approximately twice that of galvanized steel, making it suitable for use as an energy-efficient roofing or insulation material.

Because the density of aluminum-zinc alloy is lower than that of pure zinc, AZ150 covers more than 3% more area than galvanized steel for the same weight and coating thickness.
