201 Stainless Steel Plate is a high-quality material for producing various watch cases, watch strap bottom covers, etc. It is mainly used to make decorative pipes, industrial pipes, and some shallow drawing products. There are mainly the following 200 series steel grades in my country: J1, J3, J4, 201, 202.

201 stainless steel plate is divided into 2B (cold-rolled plate) and NO.1 (hot-rolled plate). The thickness of 201 cold-rolled plate is ≤6.0 mm, and the thickness of 201 hot-rolled plate is ≥3.0 mm. Compared with hot-rolled stainless steel plate, cold-rolled stainless steel plate is thicker, and the surface is smooth and beautiful. At the same time, it also has various superior mechanical properties, especially in terms of processing performance.

Specifications of 201 Stainless Steel Plate:

1. Cold-rolled 201 Stainless Steel Plate: 0.40mm-6.0mm Conventional size: 1000*2000, 1219*2438, 1219*3048, 1500*3000, fixed opening 300-6000mm.

2. Hot-rolled 201 Stainless Steel Plate: 3.0mm-60.0mm. Regular sizes: 1500*6000, 1250*6000, 1800*6000, 2000*6000, fixed opening, cutting.

2B	The surface brightness and flatness of no2B is better than no2D. then through a special surface treatment to improve its mechanical properties,No2B could nearly satisfy comprehensive uses.
No.1	Polished with abrasive belt of grit#100-#200, have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria, used as inner and external ornaments for building, electrical appliances and kitchen utensils etc.
No.4	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-#180,have better brightness with discontinuous coarse stria, but thinner than No3, are used as bathtub buildings inner and external ornaments electrical appliances kitchen utensils and food processing equipment etc.
HL	Polished with abrasive belt of grit #150-#320 on the NO.4 finish and has continuous streaks, mainly used as buildings ornaments elevators, door of building, frontal plate etc.
