DC01 Cold Rolled Steel Coil is a low-carbon steel for cold forming, conforming to European standard EN 10130 and Chinese standard GB/T 5213. It is delivered in an annealed and flattened state, possessing excellent cold formability, weldability, and surface quality. It is suitable for common forming processes such as shallow stamping and bending.

1. Chemical Composition: Carbon ≤0.12%, Manganese ≤0.60%, Sulfur ≤0.045%, Phosphorus ≤0.045%, Aluminum (Alt) ≥0.020%, belonging to aluminum-killed deoxidized low-carbon steel.

2. Mechanical Properties: DC01 Cold Rolled Steel Coil has a tensile strength of 270～410 MPa, a yield strength of 140～280 MPa (some standards specify 130～260 MPa), an elongation after fracture ≥28%, a low yield strength ratio, and good plasticity.

3. Specifications: Thickness is usually 0.35-3.0 mm (commonly 0.5-2.0 mm), width is 1000/1250/1500 mm (customizable), and the inner diameter of the roll is mostly 508 mm or 610 mm.
