Prime Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI steel coil, Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel Coil) is a composite material made from hot-dip galvanized steel coil as the base material. After surface pretreatment, it is roller-coated with organic coatings (such as polyester, fluorocarbon, etc.) and then baked and cured. It combines the corrosion resistance of galvanization with the decorative and durable properties of a coating.

6. High production efficiency and consistency: The coil form is suitable for high-speed automated processing (such as drum making, profiled sheets, sandwich panels), ensuring high dimensional accuracy and good batch stability.

7. Typical Coating System: Primer (enhances adhesion) + Topcoat (weather resistance/color retention) + Optional Protective Film (e.g., PE film). Polyester (PE) is most commonly used, while fluorocarbon (PVDF) is used for high weather resistance requirements.
