The manufacturing process of square aluminum tubes includes aluminum ingot smelting, hot extrusion forming (400-500℃ temperature range), heat treatment strengthening, and surface treatment. Specifications cover a side length range of 8mm to 300mm, with a tolerance accuracy of ±0.02mm. As an industrial aluminum profile, square aluminum tubes are widely used in mechanical manufacturing fields such as automated equipment frames, cable brackets, and ship structural components. Custom molds can be used to meet the needs of different scenarios.
