SPCC Cold Rolled Steel Coil (Japanese JIS G 3141 standard) is a low-carbon cold-rolled carbon steel sheet, made from SPHC hot-rolled pickled coils through cold rolling and annealing. It typically has a thickness of 0.2–4 mm, a smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy, and good formability, but poor corrosion resistance requiring post-treatment.

1. Chemical Composition: C ≤0.10% (or ≤0.12%), Si ≤0.05%, Mn ≤0.50%, P ≤0.035%, S ≤0.025%. It belongs to ultra-low carbon steel, ensuring good plasticity and weldability.

2. Mechanical Properties: SPCC Cold Rolled Steel Coil has a yield strength of 130–300 MPa, a tensile strength of 270–410 MPa, and moderate elongation (approximately 25–35%). It is delivered in the annealed state by default. It is relatively soft, and its forming and deep-drawing properties are superior to hot-rolled plates (such as SPHC).

3. Surface and Dimensions: The surface is bright and smooth, free of iron oxide scale, with small thickness tolerances (±0.01–0.03 mm) and high flatness, making it suitable as a substrate for electroplating, coating, and color coating.
