316Ti Stainless Steel Tube is an austenitic stainless steel tube made by adding titanium to SUS316 steel. Its Chinese designation is 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti. Its chemical composition includes 10.0% to 14.0% nickel and 2.00% to 3.00% molybdenum, conforming to ASTM A312 and ASTM A213 standards.
316Ti Stainless Steel Tube boasts a yield strength ≥205 MPa, a tensile strength ≥520 MPa, a density of 8.0 g/cm³, and a hardness of HB170. The addition of titanium improves resistance to intergranular corrosion, making post-welding annealing unnecessary.
316Ti Stainless Steel Tube is available in various shapes, including bright tube, decorative tube, and capillary tube. Seamless tube production and custom fabrication are supported. 316Ti Stainless Steel Tube offers superior corrosion resistance to 304 stainless steel pipe in environments with sulfuric acid concentrations below 15% and above 85%, as well as in marine chloride environments. Its operating temperature range is -198°C to 816°C.
316Ti Stainless Steel Tube is primarily used in chemical equipment, marine engineering, boilers, and heat exchangers. 316L series welding consumables are recommended for welding.

Differences between 316Ti Stainless Steel Tube and 316L stainless steel pipes:
The core difference between 316Ti Stainless Steel Tube and 316L stainless steel pipe lies in their alloy stabilization methods and applicable operating conditions: 316L is an ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel, emphasizing general corrosion resistance and weldability; 316Ti is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel, emphasizing high-temperature performance and resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially suitable for environments where post-weld solution treatment is not possible or long-term high-temperature environments.
316L Stainless Steel Tube is widely used in normal/medium-temperature corrosive environments with welded structures (such as chemical pipelines, medical devices, and offshore platforms); 316Ti Stainless Steel Tube is used in high-temperature service applications where post-weld heat treatment is difficult (such as nuclear power plant primary loops, oil refining units, and high-temperature sulfuric acid/phosphoric acid equipment).
Neither is recommended for use with high-concentration chlorides or strong oxidizing acids (such as concentrated H₂SO₄ > 85%), in which case higher alloying materials (such as 904L or duplex stainless steel) should be selected.
