PPGL Steel Coils (Pre-Painted Galvanized Aluminum Coils, also known as Pre-Painted Galvalume Steel Coils) are pre-painted, galvanized steel coils, a type of color-coated metal material, widely used in construction, home appliances, automobiles, and other fields.

Characteristics of PPGL Steel Coils:

Substrate: Uses a 55% aluminum + 43.5% zinc + 1.5% silicon galvanized alloy (Galvalume) as the substrate, rather than ordinary galvanized sheet (PPGI uses a galvanized substrate).

Surface Treatment: A chemical conversion layer, primer, and topcoat are sequentially coated onto an aluminized zinc-plated substrate, followed by baking and curing to form a colored coating.

Energy Saving and Reflective Properties: The surface coating of PPGL Steel Coils has a high solar reflectivity, helping to reduce building energy consumption.
Cost-Effectiveness: PPGL Steel Coils are cheaper than stainless steel and copper, but perform better than ordinary color-coated steel coils or PPGI steel coils.
