ASTM A36 Steel Plate is a US ASTM standard (ASTM A36/A36M) and is a standard carbon steel plate, equivalent to Q235 hot-rolled steel plate in China.

Yield Strength: ≥250 MPa (some data indicate up to 360 MPa, which may decrease with increasing thickness).
Tensile Strength: 400 MPa-550 MPa.
